For more than 30 years, the American Bar Association's Division of Public
Education has been producing a preview analyzing important cases on the high
Court's docket for the coming term.
The web version organizes information into categories like:
- Featured Cases, extensive articles on selected major cases
- Cases at a Glance, single paragraph summaries of pending cases
- Supreme Court Primer, an 11-page overview of the Court's jurisdiction,
practices, and procedures
- Selecting Supreme Court Justices, a panel discussion
The Library subscribes to the print version of the Preview; you will find
current issues in the Reference Office at KF101.1.P7. Older issues are found in
the Classified Stacks under the same call number.
