Gallagher Law Library, http://lib.law.washington.edu/
No matter where your summer plans take you, visit the Gallagher Law Library's website for great legal research tools and information.
Our legal research guides collection, http://lib.law.washington.edu/ref/guides.html, has more than 70 titles on topics ranging from Administrative Law to Washington State Legislative History. The guides typically cover important print and online sources (including LexisNexis and Westlaw databases as well as free Internet sites) and step-by-step instructions for many legal research tasks.
The Internet Legal Resources page, http://lib.law.washington.edu/research/research.html, provides links to free sites with primary law materials (constitutions, statutes, regulations, cases, and court rules) for Washington and the U.S.
Even during the summer, UW law students have exclusive access to our email reference service, http://lib.law.washington.edu/ref/askform.html. We'll give you advice on legal research strategies and point you in the direction of appropriate sources. When the Library is closed during our move to Gates Hall, you can also reach us by phone weekdays between 10 and 4: 206/543-6794.
The website also links to key legal research tools like LegalTrac, the Index to Foreign Legal Periodicals, Hein Online, and the Gallagher Law Library catalog.
