This new quarterly journal is sponsored by the Utica College Economic Crime Investigation Institute. The Journal is "a forum for the publication and discussion of theory, research, policy, and practice in the rapidly changing field of digital evidence."

The inaugural issue, dated Spring 2002, includes the following articles:

  • Tom Talleur, "Digital Evidence: The Moral Challenge"
  • Carrie Morgan Whitcomb, " An Historical Perspective of Digital Evidence: A Forensic Scientistís View"
  • Gary L. Palmer, "Forensic Analysis in a Digital World"
  • Chet Hosmer, "Proving the Integrity of Digital Evidence with Time"

Potential authors should review the "Author Instructions."
