Items sent to you from our collection are done so with your agreement to the following conditions: I understand that I am responsible for items from the time they are sent from the Gallagher Law Library until the time they are returned. I understand that I am responsible for securely packaging items for return to the Law Library and that and I am responsible for damage to items.
