Alternative Dispute Resolution: Negotiation

This guide identifies major print and online resources for negotiation.

Access to LexisNexis and Westlaw is restricted to individual subscribers. Other databases are available to all Law Library visitors and to University of Washington faculty, students, and staff via the Off-Campus Access link.

PRINT & WEBOnly a handful of negotiation books are listed here. A few sources that cover negotiation as well as arbitration and mediation are found on the ADR page. Some of these items are also available on LexisNexis or Westlaw.
