Alternative Dispute Resolution: Negotiation
Posted Sept. 16, 2009.
Prepared by Cheryl Nyberg for Prof. Alan Kirtley's ADR Seminar and
Negotiations course.
This guide identifies major print and online resources for negotiation.
Access to LexisNexis and Westlaw is restricted to individual subscribers. Other databases are available to all Law Library visitors and to University of Washington faculty, students, and staff via the Off-Campus Access link.
Books
Only a handful of negotiation books are listed here. A few sources that cover negotiation as well as arbitration and mediation are found on the ADR page. Some of
these items are also available on LexisNexis or Westlaw.
