hereafter or for kafka and trial).
- Consider line of scholarship on �narratives� and �stories.� �Law
Stories� series takes famous cases in subject areas (torts, tax,
etc.), explains historical context, analyzes the reasoning and rhetoric of
the opinions, etc.
