Westlaw: Search the particular year needed. Washington Historical Statutes Annotated, from 1989. WA-STANN89, WA-STANN90, etc. When viewing a section in the current statutes, click on "Versions" link in the left navigation bar and select appropriate year. Search by terms and connections or statutory citation.
