Finding Your Search Text
Here is a page from the Yomiuri. Note: 1: "タイトル"
and "段目", that indicate the position of the
search text on the page, in this case, column 5, 3rd line of the 4th
article. The small box to the left shows the column five selected,
with the right-click menu display in the choice to display the selected
area (指定範囲表示).

Zooming
You can zoom in on areas of interest, using the zoom controls on the
toolbar (see circled below), OR by clicking and dragging to select an
area, right-clicking while pointing at the selected area, and selecting
"指定範囲表示" from the menu.
"タイトル" refers to the headline for the article
that contains the search text; "5段目" indicates
that the text is in the 5th column on the page, and "3件目/4件"
means that this is the 3rd of 4 instances of this keyword on the page.

Logging Off
To Logoff, click the "終了" button (for the Meiji
and Taishō search screens) or select "終了" from
the "file" menu (for the Shōwa Senzen I and II search screens).
