Finding Related
Cases (Back)
- The Detailed Display (評細)
shows the name of the court 裁判所.
If related upper or lower court cases exist for this case, the "審級"
[shinkyū] button will appear, as
below. Click this button to search
for related cases.
- The "審級関係ジャンプ先
選択" [Select Related Cases] screen
appears. Click the desired case(s), and then click "確定"
- The related case appears in the detailed display.
Note that this is the lower court decision (松山地方裁判所)that
was later reviewed by the High Court (高松高等裁判所)
in (1) above. Also note that the
事件名 [Incident Name] matches the incident
name in the related case in (1) above.
